Do experts also use Baby Daisy on the Bullet Bike? Because I know they use Adult Daisy on the Mach Bike and Funky Kong on the Flame Runner.

@deathboy126 That combination is sometimes used, but not nearly as often. Lightweights have high acceleration, but it's largely a non-factor as everyone seems to use items purely defensively so there's little to no reason to get back up from top speed.

Do you think you're gonna stick with Automatic from now on?

Nah. I'll switch between Automatic and Manual. As I havent played with bikes in a very long time, I'll probably use those from time to time too, as I intend to have some level of proficiency with every vehicle in any mode.

Do you get disconnection problems? It seems they're limited to certain people; no way people with a 9999 VR could get many disconnections, for instance.

I do get disconnections on odd occasions, but they're not as bad as they were.

You mentioned something a while back about the latest Wii update causing more d/cing, what's the reasoning behind that, do you know?

It started after the Wii updated itself. It's that update that blocks the Freeloader, though I don't use a Freeloader. Turns out other people have this problem too. I updated my Wii later than most others, and the problem coincided with when I updated anyway.

There was another Wii update this morning, I think.

oh is it cause the slower the acceleration the faster the speed so is acceleration the speed u get wen u get hit or start the race and speed is how fast u go

Vehicles with bad acceleration tend to be more suitable for Time Trials for the reason that their stats were designed with regular racing in mind. If a vehicle has bad acceleration, it tends to have better stats in other areas.

Acceleration is unimportant in Time Trials because you can restart whenever you want, and anything that will slow you down is through your own fault: There are no items constantly chucked at you to slow you down. Once you get going in Time Trials, you don't stop.

acceleration means squat 2 the srart of the race. how u recover is what acceleration is.

Precisely. You shouldn't need to recover when you're going through a proper Time Trials run. The rocket start eliminates any need for an acceleration stat in Time Trials.

I switched from GC controller to The wii wheel because I thought it would be more fun by VR has dive bombed since the switch because I can move left or right, but more precise movements to grab coins, item boxes etc. have become way more difficult, yet much more fun, but practice makes perfect.

I really dislike the people who use Daisy and Funky just for Speed. Can't they use a character they like? I mean King Boo isn't the fastest but hes my favorite so I use him. Great video by the way. I also think people go out of their way just to hit other people with stars. I've seen people slow down just to hit me!

No. Daisy is faster.

Yeah,each character has hidden stats that you can't see. Funky and Daisy(I beileve Baby Luigi does too) have a +2 in speed. It really just depends on the character.

Baby Diasy has 2+ Speed, Baby Weegee has like 1+ Speed, 1+ Acell.

Also, Waluigi, DK, Peach, and errr...Toad, have the highest Acell.

Had you used the Mega Mushroom in SNES Mario Circuit 3, the race may have been different as the Lightning wouldn't have effected you. You'd be normal sized and everyone else would be tiny.

It seemed like you were hit more at Maple Treeway, yet you did much better. Especially considering the crappy items you got. 3 lighting clouds? C'mon.

Shy Guy Beach doesn't seem to be very friendly towards you. Unfortunately, those lightning clouds do. At least you had full races this time! ^.^

Yeah, you got hit a lot on Mario Circuit! You did pretty well on Maple Treeway catching up. Unlucky at the last lap of Shy Guy Beach, you would've come in the top 3 otherwise.

Ugh, for some reason the player isn't working right.. It loads but if it plays, it's only for a few seconds before stopping. And when it DOES play there's no sound..
