What's up with the North Carolina diesel? I know why it's on the train but what's with the paint job?

Take a look at the track.
hands down best track and roadbed anywhere bar none.
I have rode it and it is smooth as glass.
ridin the cresent at 79 and a water glass in the diner.
Ill give the devil his dues, big head knows how to put up some good track.
