  • Ninten, Ana, Loid, and Teddy Not It's Not in Mother 2/Earthbound!

  • nice find

  • Does anyone else think that Youngtown's music kinda sounds like Paula's theme?

  • @rokinkotsu When it sounds that simalar, then the second one is a remake of the first.

  • @rokinkotsu Paula's theme is a remix of Youngtown's theme. :)

  • Ness, Paula and Jeff??

  • @ArTwoThreeTwo no, ninten, ann, & loid (thats how u spell it)

  • @UltraWill96

Ninten, Ana. Loid for the Japanese ver., and Lloyd for the English ver. -w-

  • Ness: im Lucking Glitch

  • @ulisesbroos

Fail that ninten the person that uploaded this video has no clue what the chartes are named in this game

  • @Mycatisbigfoot Aw did I fail? :(

  • Woungs town has such happy music

  • I tried it in Mother 1+2 and it worked. So it probably works on the Famicom as well.

  • very bad for the developers of the game

  • you could have used 4th D slip to get out of that battle.

  • its not ness its ninten not paula its ana and its not jeff its lloyd

  • That's the reason you can name them...

  • I saw "w w w" on the grass

  • what is the place with the forest town thingy

  • Youngtown, I believe.

  • nice

  • lol epic young town brawl music =D

  • Thanks for posting this because I didn't know about the glitch and I think it's pretty neat. It's such a great game.

  • I heard it's legal if you have a physical copy of the game. Would that mean if you happened to have a copy of the original Famicom MOTHER it'd be legal to own this?

  • No, because Mother was created by a different set of people, belonging to a different company (NOA/NOJ) than Earthbound Zero. Also, I don't think the judge would ever think you're innocent of getting an unreleased prototype game out of the internet...

  • ? EarthBound Zero is just a translation of MOTHER with some modifications to various. It's not like they reprogrammed the whole game when they translated it to English.

  • No, they ddn't, but according to international law, translations are intellectual property of their creator (being NOA), and are thus protected. Also, I tend to think that judges wouldn't let you loose on the unreleased prototype status of the game.

  • Oh I know. I'm not arguing the intellectual property rights angle. All I'm saying is that your "because Mother was created by a different set of people" statement doesn't make too much sense.

  • EarthBound Zero is legal because it's an unreleased prototype.

  • Is it legal to download this game on an an emulator?

  • It's illegal that emulators and ROMS exist but no one can do anything about it. Why would Nintendo want to go to every website in the world just to get rid of ROMS? So yeah it's perfectly 100% safe to download those so don't worry about it.

  • Emulators are legal...downloading and uploading rom files isn't.

And the only way to play the original mother in english is using EB0...its not really anyones fault for pirating it because NoA won't sell it to us.

  • @Obsessed117 Lol, you got it all wrong. Emulators are completely legal. Downloading roms of games that you already own is legal. Downloading roms of games that you don't legally own, and company has rights to is illegal.

  • @Obsessed117 emulators that use copyrighted bios is not legal

  • @Obsessed117 Downloading Rom files is completely legal.

IF, you have actually legally purchased the game in the past. Rom files make a computer version file of that game you have lying around, but without a system, or broken, or you want a more portable copy. That's what the roms are for.

People just saw Piracy as an added bonus.

  • Yes it is..

It's not a big one, but it is indeed a form of a glitch.

And work on that grammar of yours. :]

  • thatd be awesome if it worked with the hippie theme

  • i thought there names were

    ninten

    ana

    loid

  • They are.

  • Except Loid is spelled Lloyed when translated.

  • You mean Lloyd. O__o

  • What? Oh. It's a little mistake. As you notice by looking at the keyboard, the e is above the d, making it possible for an accidental spelling error. I meant Lloyd. It's not that big of a deal.

  • nice find
