This is a simple electric fence energizer (non-lethal). If they were lethal farmers/ranchers would be dealing with a lot of dead stock. Use your common sense, for fuck sakes. And while you're at it, read up on the effects of electricity and when it becomes lethal. This uses .3 amps with an energy store of 2 joules peaking at 3, and emitting 6000-7000v pulses every 1.5 to 2.5 seconds.
