  • you know what i would like to see everyone get along and take turns literally bidding shit for 1 penny and just let him get it then the next and the next because really the bidders are losing the money and i would like to see people actually get deals for it wouldn't that be awesome that company would be like FUCK the people beat our system and of course us silly humans wouldn't do it

  • @MRFlipy dude, each bid costs you $6 cos you have to buy pre purchase "tokens" in order to bid "one penny". See the scam?

  • @venuecam really 6 then i guessed i watched false advertising

  • the whole point of quibids is to be READY to pay full price, most likely you will not have to but that way if you dont win you can use a feature called "buy it now" which subtracts the price of your bids from retail so it is imposible for you to pay more than retail..... next time your gona do a news report lets do some research... k?

  • costs quit a bit less now, also the timer resets so people like her don't sit there all day waiting for something they don't need to get down to 1 second so they get it with just 1 bid. Sure this website may be a bit like gambling, but along with gambling, if people can enjoy it responsibly, and have a bit of fun by getting a win here and there, why not let them?

  • I guess these sites are scams because people are freaking retards that do their research. You can easily find awesome deals but you have to do your research first. These sites aren't for naive housewives looking for cheap home goods.

  • @AccessCashInc sp. don't do their research

  • This is so true....I was on another site, waiting for the clock to run down...I know it resets when each bid is placed, but it was down to four seconds left and I hit the bid button but the clock kept going to 3,2,1 and the other person won, even though I had hit the bid button multiple times, I was pretty pissed, I lost over 150 bids and the product because it didn't register my bid. I t was clicking on the page but never accepted it. I spent a lot of time on that stupid thing.

  • Weird, I won a camera and It came in yesterday! NOT A SCAM

  • Comment removed

  • Guys give her a break... She just wanted to buy an ipad for $20 thinking the company was stupid...

  • Well when you pay 75$ you do get bid credits, and of course the timer resets, that's just like every other auction

  • who ever came up with the penny auction idea is a fucking genus they make it look like there giving this stuff away but there actually making a lot more than the stuff is worth the moneys not in the product but in the bids they make you buy its kinda like gambling i guess online casinos finally found a way to skirt the law by calling it a auction

  • haha my ad on the top right is a qui bid ad lol

  • try dropopp(.)com no wasting money there..no fees and free shipping see ya there...

  • Penny auctions are gambling sites made to look like eBay. While this shady and unethical business model seems to be raking in the cash by scamming thousands,

  • This really is a form of gambling.

  • is zbiddy one?

  • @gohutshacker55 Yes.

  • yeah just like anything you have to be smart, but you can get some great deals! I've won two auctions at Zeek and there is no startup fee. The news is ALWAYS so negative!

  • Quibids is a great site to save money but that only comes with luck, unfortunately.

  • i'm tired of quibids staff making youtube accounts for quibids. If you're one of them reading this, no one who is smart enough to check your site out on youtube is smart enough not to believe those comments. So stop wasting your time and go advertise to people like that lady up there.

  • QUIBIDS FOR THE WIN

  • There are too many people who will get into something and do not take the time to read the FAQ or the TOS That what they are there for. TO READ!!! There are poele who will read the FAQ and TOS with stars in there eyes and they read what they want to see. Then when something goes wrong they cry foul. I found a penny auction site that has an advertising section that will pay you everyday as long as you post one of THEIR ads everyday. If you want more info drop me a line at bobmann101@gmail.com

  • lol sounds like a 20 dollar slot machine

  • @13andincradiblycutt

    you're an idiot

  • I always put 100% of my trust into EBAY!! NEver did me wrong. :)

  • well, she's an idiot.

  • @VdubBird she is lol :P

  • stiwin.com is a scam.

    You can't win.

  • of course the timer resets to prevent snipers like her. sitting there whole day and bid when there is 1 sec left. u think that company is dumb?

  • @XempireX18 IIts to give people a chance and let price increse. Every ime someone places a bid, timer has 10 seconds left. If the auction closes before there is enough money made to cover the cost of the item, QUIBIDS places an artificial bid, and its fixed. Once they make enugh money, they just wait till nobody bids for a second...

  • @XempireX18 of course the company is not dumb. It's the company that believes the bidders are dumb. That's why only one bidder can win, yet a whole mess of failed bidders just signed their bank accounts over to the auction holders. It's a scam just like the lottery. The draw is that "YOU COULD BE A BILLIONAIRE FOR A MEASLY DOLLAR!" But that dollar is wasted when you don't win, right? Scam!

  • This is just the womans stupidity.. I've won stuff on penny sites. It is a risk, but if you play it smart you have a better chance.

  • @ZombiezTutorials not worth it

  • @13andincradiblycutt step one... $20. Step 2... $50... and so on hehe

  • You people are so stupid and ignorant. The sites that make you pay to join with no bids, is most likely a scam, but..Think of it this way...and tell me if this sounds like a true life story. A high school wants to rase money, so they sell tickets for a $200 iPod. Each ticket costs 1.00. There are 500 Students that buy a ticket. The school makes $300 Dollars and one student gets an ipod for $1.00. It's the same concept, and honestly if you aren't a complete idiot you can win from time to time.

  • @dreenbmp Except the school is most likely honest and transparent with how it conducts itself and how the item is going to be won. They will also reveal how much money they raised. The point is, there is a distinct lack of transparency and CONSIDERABLE amounts of information withholding with these websites. It is downright manipulative and disgusting. You should be honest with your clients and customers.

  • This is not a scam,,,.... the issue is that it is gambling with skill.... you just need to have a budget for how much wyou are willing to spend on bits....

  • Sounds like ebay paid big money to the news channel

  • @13andincradiblycutt : no no ! let ME ! be the one who sends you the 20 doll hairs, how can we arrange this ? I want to become a billionaire to !

  • @happyVIDwatcher you are an idiot. First of all, you can get the items cheaper than the site's full price at a retail store. Second, people try to get big ticket items for pennies because THAT'S WHAT THEY ADVERTISE!!! It's unethical and should be illegal!

  • @declanp1

I agree. I don't think I have a problem with the concept itself but how these companies conduct themselves. They are EXTREMELY deceptive, manipulative, and they withhold a lot of information. Such tactics are downright disgusting.

  • @declanp1

In your world, the stock market would be illegal since the purchaser has little or no control on whether they win or lose. It's just like gambling.

We should also make love illegal because every time someone reaches out romantically they could win or lose and that's gambling.

  • I am actually a big fan of penny auctions. I was able to get a brand new $329 Red Kitchen Aid mixer for my sister for just $73. And I got my son a Wii Fit Board to go along with his Wii gaming system for just $3.50.

  • 10 penny auction websites disliked this

  • Yay! I just bought a macbook for $60.00 :D

Only I paid $10,000 for it.

  • @venuecam lol

  • @venuecam No you didn't it actually works if your smart about only bid at the last second, i got a ipad2 for 18.70 no joke for realzys, you cock sucking fag whores

  • @DJSandStormz YEAH BOIIIII I got a iPAD2 for 50c. You all suck balls!

    mate, get a fucking life.

  • @venuecam lol did you really?

  • @MRFlipy sarcasm. look it up

  • @venuecam lol dude i know what it is i just used it on you

  • It costs DOLLARS to make an iPad. Why on Earth would you believe you can get one for PENNIES. Are humans really still this moronic that someone will sell them a product at a LOSS????

Go to business school, people, the ones that did are exploiting you, the ones that didn't.

  • @venuecam You obviously don't know how these sites work. Example: Penny site buys iPad for $500. Start auction at $1. Let's say each bid costs somebody $1. After 500 bids the site is even, and the iPad is only going for $6, since each $1 bid only increases actual price $.01. These sites make a lot of money, and the prices really do go for way less than retail in most cases. I wouldn't spout off calling humans "moronic" before doing any research.

  • @sixer6 Let's see... ONE iPad... 500 interested buyers... $1 per bid from each... iPad paid for... 499 SUCKERS lost their money.

Nah, Penny auctions aren't for suckers :S Excuse me while I roll my loose change down a steep hill. More exciting.

  • Wow!

  • WOWOWOWOWOWOOWOWOWOWOOWOW!

Who created all these stupid things..Everyone who bids on ANY of the PENNY AUCTIONS websites DOES KNOW that maybe he WILL NOT GET FOR SURE WHAT HE BIDS FOR!!!

THOSE ARE THE RULES..and if you don't want it,don't BID!

I am a Partner Affiliate of one of those HUGE COMPANIES!

And working a few minutes a day...make a REALLY GOOD INCOME..

I'm not even 20 and don't need to go out and work...Already have an almost-PASSIVE INCOME!

    So..these websites are TRUE..SMART..LEGAL!!!!

  • Better odds on powerball or online gambling. These guys are crooks - funny how lots of people suddenly have "internet lag" just when they are trying to make a bid. Always happens when there is just the one person bidding. BTW - if you are willing to pay full price, just get it from Amazon or another discount retailer. You'll pay a lower price and probably get free shipping to boot. Don't get scammed by quibids.

  • If you go into quibids fully willing to pay the full price it becomes MUCH more likely you will win... I won a macbook pro a year ago, im going for an ipad 2 this year.

  • @happyVIDwatcher If you are willing to pay the full price whats the point of bidding on the product in the first place. Also if you are paying the full price how are you "winning" anything?

  • @TheKrammerhead if you bid on something that you were going to buy anyway, you almost eliminate the possibility of losing money, because if you don't get a discount, you will just get it for the regular price. the people that lose money are the people who try to win an ipad, but are only willing to spend $50.

  • This woman is a retard she knows NOTHING like the previous posts said the smart win the retards get screwed deal with it if you don't even learn about what your putting your money into first you deserve to lose it she obviously spammed the bid button. Retards please get over it to succeed in life you need to be smart.

  • @MrRandomFX So I guess that makes it ok for people who don't fully understand what they are getting themselves into to get screwed. Without the stupid people wasting their bids early on, the smart people cannot walk away with a good deal. I have also ready many reports of people not getting the items they won, as well as Quibids claiming they don't have the items in stock. I would advise people to stay away.

  • lottery ...

  • stupid people. its all told to you. calling this a scam is wrong. calling it taking advantage of stupid people.....correct. this is evolution taking place in front of your eyes. stupid people get fucked over. smart people win.

it takes strategy, timing, patience, and luck. its not illegal get over it.

  • This lady is so stupid. You can tell she didn't do research on the thing she was throwing her money into, so she deserves to lose 100s of dollars. If you don't know a single thing about penny auctions how do you expect to win!

  • Why we allowed scammers to our live, and most of them came of the country, all the money go out.We have to use our brain .Don't Don't allowed them, even if they are real.Say no to made in China.Yes to Made in USA. It's time to stand up people.

  • See i win all the time - so it has been crazy good for me. Yes, there are 99 fools to the 1 smart bidder - and that is how the sites make their money. However, I use Quibids and they allow you to buy the item for about the same price as retail (many times under retail) and they credit you 100% of your bids to the purchase price. I just bid on things I want to buy anyway.

  • Don't try if u don't want lost a money I did try 100$ bid I only some I know it's a big winner for the bidsite.. So don't be fool with it!!'

  • The deal is for the owners of the site. They make 60 times whatever the bid is. A win for an item for $10.00 is 1000 bids which cost 60 cents each, the site owners take in $600.00 for that $10.00 "winning bid".Everyone only looks at their winning bid and not realize the number of member bids that they have taken in! It's like walking down a street and getting 60 cents from each person they meet, and you are willingly giving them your money, 60 cents at a time!

  • @Ovvw Are you saying you should wait till the item gets to a certain level before you start bidding? How do you know where that level is? Is it a certain percentage of normal retail price?

  • interesting... A home casino from where you may get objects!

  • Quibid's products are 100% REAL! I just got my beats by Dr. Dre Headphones for 1.21 cents. I bid 10 times .60 x 10 =6. plus shipping 5.99. So in total I spent 13.21 for headphones that retail at best buy for 150.00 plus TAX. Come on people, if thats not a chance you want to take, you must be crazy. I rather bid than play poker.

  • I think this report is totally wrong! If you do your research, you will know what to expect. I have won plenty of times and I can honestly say that I have spent 130 dollars in TOTAL including the shipping and the actual Auction Price. All the Items I have won would have cost me 300 each. The Auction has to make money, how else are they going to get the products. Quibids is a legit site and I did my Christmas shopping there. Everyone has a gift from me that cost 200 and above USC.

  • Just because she is clueless.

  • People would just wait till the last second to bid if it did not reset. :P

  • @adalwolf12 Don't tell everyone... or else you wont win... But the best time to play is early in the morning....

  • @Ovvw your right, i hate when people say they lose money because they dont know how the website works

  • this is the stupidest news report on penny auction, ITS AN AUCTION IDIOT of course the clock is going to reset, I WONDER IF PPL REALLY HAVE SENSE....

  • @frasfly I don't think that was the main point ... the main point is if you loose you don't get the money you invested in bids back, which makes this NOT AN AUCTION BUT GAMBLING

  • There are lots of legit ones, lots that you have little chance at beating the ballers on there. Check my channel for more info

  • yeah ill stick to ebay

  • I will stick to Ebay. Is more legit.

  • These aren't Scams.... It's a live auction.. everytime someone raises the price they wait 20seconds to see if anyone else will bid...

  • @MikeKowalski25 true that but in a normal auction you don't have to pay to bid. But the timer thing IS how a normal auction works. I wonder if we have just got so used to how Ebay works that we forget that.

  • @k1ng401 That's for a REAL AUCTION not a online auction. eBay set the standard for how online auctioning should be. Penny sites use the premis of a REAL AUCTION which is a load of BS.

  • @itsteatime1 I don't disagree with you but I think it's the "pay per bid" model that penny auctions use that is the real problem' it would be ok to reset the counter by 10 seconds each time someone bid in an online auction without that being a scam. That would also deliver a better result for sellers on Ebay too. The big problem with penny auctions as I see it is that you lose your money even if you don't win the auction, something that doesn't happen in any other type of auction

  • @k1ng401 Plus you can find old stuff like SNES on eBay and if you lose the auction you lose nothing. QuiBids for example I saw a Youtube video of someone who won a Nintendo Wii game (mario). Retail value $19.99. Add in QuiBids start fee $60 (100 bids) and lets say they got it for $5.00 + 4.99 (they said they paid this much) S&H. They just paid $69.99 for a $19.99 value game.

  • They obviously don't know how to use these auction sites.

  • hello out there people who love to take a chance...check out dropopp(.)com take a CHOICE instead of a chance...cool strategy

  • Its a slick, business model, derived from gambling! Notice how they focus on people who are hurting "In this economy!" I was a business major and I love the idea of getting you to pay 15,000.00 for a 700.00 item! Marketing is simply educated people trying to get the average person to spend! As a Businessman, I love this model: As a normal everyday Joe, I wouldn't touch a penny auction! You pay .60 per .01 bid! You have no idea when an auction will end! Dont get scammed by the penny auction fad!

  • Use Zeek Rewards, real penny auctions by real people.

    Want more info,

    IncomeMonthlyOnline [dot] com

  • Guys be careful of PennyAuctionScam . com is a VIRUS and scam site. Totally messed up our computer. Crazy stuff.

  • @FoxyLadyInTown

No it's not you have posted this on all these videos that reveal that penny auctions are a scam. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

  • Wow $75 start up fee? Try quibids....the start up fee is $60 but it goes towards ur bids! So u get 100 bids for starting...I won an apple iPad 2 for only $109

  • @ReviewChannle stfu no u didnt stop fucking lying its fake too!!

  • @ReviewChannle But you can get it those 15 dollars are dust

  • This woman is an idiot. "I thought" this & "I thought" that... She assumed everything and read nothing. And the news reporter used the phrase "surprise #1, Surprise #2..."... Again, these are not surprises to anyone who read what they were doing. It's not even fine print. It's all over the site. Hell, when you sign up they offer a quick tutorial and a quiz to make sure you know what you are doing.

This woman didn't understand what she was doing and gave her money away. She was not scammed.

  • It wouldn't really be a scam, if the damn auction items, weren't also owned by the damn auction site, who ALSO bid on their own items!!!!!!! THAT should be illegal. This is a genius $ making idea, but it needs to be regulated. These auction sites found a way to make 100% to 10,000% profit on products. They charge on average $1 PER $0.01BID. Also, each bid resets the auction timer. In the end, a $100 laptop is generating $10,000 for the auction site. Damn I wish I'd thought of this idea!
