  • Oh hello! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my work buddy got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost tons of fat with it.

  • im highschoool wrestler and i have league finals and this video helped me loose ^ pounds!!! and by the way i droped a weight class and i was 4 pounds over and i did this excersise the day of league and i made weight im now wrestling 160 and now after cif if i dont keep on going im just gonna build up!!

  • Another thing you can do if your a wrestler is where a shit ton of clothes and have someone break you down and make you work to get up. It may not sound like a lot, but if you got a fatty and you let him break you down and put all his weight on you, building your base takes a lot of strength and is a lot of work. You'll feel like jelly within a minute.

  • couldnt i just put on multiple layers of clothes and do the same thing with the same effect?-_-

  • can it be used for daily workout and to lose wight

  • @themexican1990 Of course, check out our Facebook page to see the results!

  • I'm 5 and what is this?

  • can someone tell me what the website is where i can get this sweater suit

  • @defeatthebullies

    kuttingweight(dot)com

  • I weigh 275lb of pure McChickens can this suit get me ripped by next week

  • i cant see the vid

  • in soviet russia weight cuts you

  • After my last weight cut I have decided I need to order one of these instead of the hassle of the cheap sauna suits!

  • I'm a wrestler trying to cut from 180 to 170 because i'm a sophomore and i'm a little small for my weight class. So i'll need all the luck I can get

  • U lose water weight if u are wearing a thermal. This can be dangerous if not taking proper precautions. Train intervals and lower ur calories drink water and be honest with ur self. Train hard

  • Hello,

I currently weight 280 pounds. I do not fight, I am just looking to lose some fat. Do you think it is healthy to wear a suit such as this, or do you recommend to lose more weight and then sport the vest later?

  • @Hecktron123 First of all this is for cutting weight for sports such as mma or wrestling, so wearing this suit is primarly taking out your water wieght for a weigh in for wrestling or something, you will look the same just dehydrated, if you want to LOSE FAT and get toned, then just dieting and the RIGHT excercising will get you there, btw don't do slow cardio that sucks, just go to sixpacks

  • just purchased one of these suits. is there any particular way to wash them after used? or...

  • @Shpat77 I rinse them in the shower and let it hang to dry.

  • @KuttingWeight Thanks for the help

  • would this not dyhrate you and is it dangerous and do you diet when doing this

  • Kid cudi :)

  • Gosh darn im a freshman and i wrestle 285 and before summer let out i weighed 245 and now im on the edge of 280! so if i get this and put the time with it will most likely get me back down to 245?

  • Me and my wife lost lots of unwanted weight it is awesome.

  • @louisshore89 Of course it helps for each kind of weight loss. This is primarily for water weight loss and used in competitive sports. But you can also wear it while you work out to increase in your metabolism and the amount of calories you burn in a workout.

  • where can i buy that jacket ?

  • dude i wrestled with a hoodie on for a full 2 hour practice i lost a shit load

  • @TheSundayDelight shit i hate that ur so drenched in sweat.

  • @YZ125ups your good.7 lbs not a big diff.one my teammates cuts 145 to 125.and one my high school guys does 103s and he walks at 120

  • what weight and school did u wrestle? nice NAIA bracket

  • @hotsuma4 I was a national champion in 2002 at Lindenwood University at 174!

  • @KuttingWeight lying for?

  • Yeah, I am gonna wait a week, but I am pretty sure I will buy one of these soon!! There nice, just what I need for my run. Why pay $10 for a trash bag that rips after two workouts? I was gonna buy it off TITLEBOXING but I think i'd just buy it off the KuttingWeight store. I'd rather pay the extra $20 for KuttingWeight than the Fighting suit on Titleboxing. I run at least a mile a day and lately I have been able to run a mile, 15 min workout, another mile, then end on a 20 minute intense workout

  • @hughesn0835 Thanks for choosing Kutting Weight. We created the neoprene sauna suit and sell it to Title. They saw how good our product is and as a result ripped us off by creating their own version. How is that for business ethics. On a good note at least they still carry our Kutting Weight brand.

  • @hughesn0835 Cool appreciate that man. The Fighting weight suit ripped me off and I'm not happy with that.

  • @KuttingWeight

Yeah, i bought the Kutting Weight at the start of March and it feels pretty good. Haven't used it in the last two weeks b/c of a ruptured hamstring, but it works REALLY WELL!!!!!!!

  • First, I am planning on buying one of these within the next few weeks.

Next, he is wearing the sweatshirt one and I believe they don't sell that. And I don't think ppl other than wrestlers and runners understand that it is WATER WEIGHT not fat or muscle weight loss. So this is perfect for wrestlers to make weight. If I buy mine it will be the suit and if ppl are saying they'd look stupid that is wrong b/c it is meant to be worn underneath the clothes. But does it really work??

  • @hughesn0835 Your right the weight you lose after a work out is a noticeable amount of water weight and most of that is gained back within 48 hours. You do also burn more calories and increase your metabolic rate with it as well. That is how you truly lose weight, by burning fat and maintaining muscle. The Kutting Weight clothing is a tool that can help you to lose weight, but you need to put in the work.

  • do they make weight cut suits say for a fat shit like myself i weigh about 265lbs, 65 of that is all balls but anyway. do they make a fat guy suit

  • @hawkdlb06 The sizes go up to 6XL. Chest size is the best way to figure out what size you need.

  • do you recommend heavy lifting with all those layers.. i want to try it

  • how much water were you drinking throughout the day or during this workout circuit?

  • "I've been here before, i feel good. So im gonna push myself alittle bit" nice vid.

  • weight class= 132. weight before wrestling season started= 145. weight now=128.

  • can you use a wetsuit as a sauna suit?

  • @steelejake Neoprene does heat you up, and as long as you can move and feel comfortable in it you can use it. Our neoprene is comfortable and designed to move in ways you would when you exercise.

  • dude i have my first match of the season tuesday nov. 23 2010 and i got to cut to 145. i weigh 154 right now.. how can i make weight? i keep wanting to eat, but i know its a meantal thing. what should i do?

  • @xC00KIEBEASTx Clean up your diet and focus on lean protein and fresh vegetables. We are about to post some great interviews from fighters and wrestlers for some good tips. We also have articles on our website under the Blog link.

  • @xC00KIEBEASTx its impossibe lto lose 8lbs water in an hour, you wouldnt even do that in a sauna.

  • if you lose 8 lbs and after your training you drink 2L water, do you gain that lbs back?

  • @mucahittin It's not equal parts water consumed= weight gained. It depends how much of your weight is water weight. But when you have lost mostly water weight and do drink it can be close. Try experimenting for yourself and try it out.

  • @KuttingWeight I also do a lot of cutting but after I ran 5 km (srr i'm from Europe so I don't know how much miles that is) i am to exhausted to contineu so i put my clothes off and contineu my training, is that also evident or not?

  • @mucahittin anybody with a brain knows that a km is 5/8 of a mile if they ever set foot in a school,it doesnt matter where you come from.

  • @mucahittin well seeing as 2 L water weighs 2kg and thats 4.4 lbs yoll gain that back anyway

  • @ApEx1HP agreed they dont know what its like last wrestling season im dropped from 135 lbs to 112 lbs

  • im 167 now but ideally 145 is what i wanna get down at. id be beast mode, aldo style ;)

  • do you burn fat over all or just water

  • @7stringkid water

  • Comment removed

  • how tall are you

  • yo man nice video. im tryna wrestle for college this upcomin season im about 170right now but im tryna get to 149 what kinda workout do u recomend to lose that weight before late october?

  • for someone thats never cut weight. and walks around 170lbs and wants to fight @ 155lbs what do u do? alot of this stuff seems like its no big deal but im hesitant when ever trying something new especially when it involves losing body fluid.

    anyone help me?

  • @mrdavidpatrickcase If cutting weight is new to you try it in small chunks before your fight to see how you feel. If your drained it might be best to bulk up and fight at 170. 15 pounds might seem like a lot of someone who hasn't done it before, but its actually pretty easy if your disciplined and do it right.

  • @KuttingWeight 15 lbs is a huge difference.

  • @mrdavidpatrickcase it just all depends on when you have to fight. Its a cycle. I wrestled my entire life in Iowa. I have cut a lot of weight.

  • so do the sauna suits just lose water weight? or does it also burns fat ?

  • @fritos10 Its a combination of both, but mostly water weight. You can also use it for long-term weight loss as well. As your body heat increases you burn more calories, which increases your metabolism, you also sweat out toxins and it helps you to become mentally and physically stronger due to the heat resistance while exercising.

  • @KuttingWeight wut r ur thoughts on the sona room for cutting weight thx

  • Yes you do rehydrate, but not fully. It depends how close your weigh in is. If its the day of, you don't rehydrate, but if its a day out then you can based on how much weight you need to cut. Its you start cutting water weight 2 days before, for example, then you can rehydrate more. Say if you lost 8 pounds of water weight in a work out, you could rehydrate until you felt good, say 16 oz of water or 1 pound. Then go according to your goal and how you feel.

  • @KuttingWeight Question: After u do the exersise do you drink water? As I understand during the exsersise u loose water weight so if u rehydrate by drinking water u gain that weight back. So do u just use will power and get through the thirst, or do you drink water in any special way. Thanks

  • If your lazy, I cut 10 lbs because I wore all the layers like him and I went to a sauna room for about an hour, works just as well, if not better

  • son of a bitch! this suit kicks as... defiantly big guy approved.. using it daily, keeps your chest and stomach tight throughout your run.. wear nothing but boxers/briefs under the suit.. when you are done.. you will know how productive your workout was.. took a couple of days for my balls to find a home though... only downside.

  • @backdraftmagnet Yeah I've had that complaint before. But now we have the long sleeve shirt and sweat pants made of the same neoprene to help with that;) Enter 30ff for 30% off your next order!

  • @backdraftmagnet

my coach told me he used to cut a hole in the croch area , just enough to leave the testicles out , because that downside is not a minor one , its not just the discomfort u know .

  • @backdraftmagnet the suit is a complete waste of time for anybody except an athlete cutting for weigh in where they have at least 24 hrs to rehydrate. Its not for weight loss for regular dudes.

  • @billysue2 i retain a lot of water.. and feel sluggish when i don't use a sweat suit at least once a week..

  • @backdraftmagnet see a doctor,change your diet,you dont need a sweat suit.

  • @backdraftmagnet lol fuck off bro..come cook for me. i fight fire for a living.. what sport do you cut for. mine is called life.

  • @Betito1991 I would say at night because you drift so much weight when you sleep and your metabolism is all fired up from the work out.

  • @stratocaster1986able If you are feeling light headed or dizzy you should always slow down, and the same goes if you feel nauseous or have a headache. Yes, hydrate if you do feel any adverse symptoms and always listen to you body. Training with the Kutting Weight clothing does more then just lose water weight, and water weight is only a small part of the weight loss process. You don't cut water weight until the last couple days before a your weigh in.

  • i heard losing so much water is unhealthy is it true my friend who is a nurse said so

  • i way 207 pounds and im 5,11/6ft dont get people using things like this use a bin liner does the same job but drinking water piles it back on thats what i use to cut when boxing

  • 2:37 lmao

good video though i liked it a lot

  • Dude looks like Mark Kerr

  • whats the name of the song in the beginning...just wondering. What's the end result?

  • i belive the name of thong in the beginning is by the band BUSH its called "machine head".

  • @Betito1991 morning because in the morning u havent ate anything since before u went to sleep which is usually 8+ hours ur always thinner in the morning. then after u cut the water weight u will have lost about 10-12 pounds total. but u still want to workout some in the evening even just stretching and a little cardio for like 30minutes to keep ur weight the same and ur tone. u dont have to wear the sweat suit while ur doing this uve already cut ur water weight the suit is pointless after that

  • Just ordered me a kutting weight sauna suit, hope this thing is good.

  • @GLUVSR4EVER any suit made to cut weight will be good all u wont lose 8 pounds every day. u just lose water weight. after u lose the water weight u lose fat and sometimes even muscle when ur using a sweat suit

  • Oh yea I know Its just that I know with this suit I will be able to move around more. Id say the Original plastic junk works better overall because it traps the body in a certain temperature and you loose more water. With this suit ive noticed I sweat but because its neoprene it absorbs the water into the suit. The suit allows breathing, somthing I didnt want cause it makes it harder to drop water weight.. But its still nice to use.

  • man its hard to say ...you can loose some major weight in the morning but the bad thing about that is that in the afternoon your gonna eat and walk around and that only brings you back up.

Unless you skip breakfeast and eat dinner only, you will loose some major weight.

  • man i remember in 8th grade i cut 10 pounds in one day the next day i felt like i was about to die cause it was all water weight and had not eaten at all

  • @ctmiller502 this is how i feel the day before every wrestling meet i have to cut 15 pounds which i usually do in 1-2 days i run on a treadmill with a sweat suit in a sonna it sucks so much ass then after weigh ins i go to a buffet and eat my ass so i can have some energy for the meet

  • i used to do that before all my matches, best thing to do though is after ur first meet if u have another one within a few more days just eat a decent meal 5 times a day. NOT A HUGE MEAL. but a good one with lots of protein and low carbs and ur weight will stay low and not shoot up in a day. making it so u have to cut 3-5 lbs in 2 days instead of 15 lbs. Just a tip from wrestler to wrestler. i wrestle at 125 so iono if its easier for you to drop weight if ur at a higher weigh than me

  • Just curious...Can you give me an example of what you would eat...Also how many days and times do i work out with the suit on before the fight or match ..Thanks in advance for the info..

  • @ctmiller502 dude that really is not that much, its stupid to if you are disciplined you can have tons of energy and cut 20

  • @ctmiller502 yeah i had that except it was for 3 days not eating and now i have to do it again for frosh soph state

  • problem is at the gym everyone fucking stares at the freak with all that shit on........better to do in an MMA gym or wrestling room. Most people dont understand

  • your right i hate that...i box and out my gym its normal to walk around in a sauna suit and sweater but then when i go to like golds gym or 24hours everyone watches me...i hate it to hell...it makes me unconfertable..im use to it now i just hate when people ask me how i loose weight when they see sweating my ass off at the gym

  • @GLUVSR4EVER haha i know right some ppl need some common sense

  • @GLUVSR4EVER I know i hate it when they stare im like B WTF u lukin at lol

  • ya just practice hard this is third year at 103

  • i was 245 and i've cut down to 230 now in hopes of wrestling at the 215 weight class in december. After football practice i come home and lift and do cardio and for meals i eat for breakfast a small bowl of cereal, for lunch a small chicken sandwich on wheat bread and dinner is one serving of either fish or chicken with a salad and rice. anything wrong with this diet?

  • damn I'm going to try some high school wrestling too. I'm either 185lb. or less right now and i wana cut to 175. lately I've just been jogging a mile in-between days.

  • johnnyquest456.....run a mile before every practice. practice hard as hell every time. and run a mile after every practice. i wrestled 103 all four years of high school.

  • thanks man ill do that...tryouts are next Monday

  • you cut weight the day or two days before the weigh in..

    you diet before hand

  • Question for you...??? How often would you try to cut weight . Example, lets say im 210lbs. And wanted to cut weight for a weigh in 6 months away.... would i cut weight a couple times a month??? until that day?

to get used to it... Or would cut weight like every second day on the last week before the weigh in..... Also what types of food are good to eat... I heard some things about salty a week before then cut the salt out on the last week....

  • @catliss Some people like to train with the Kutting Weight clothes 3 to 5 times a day to burn more calories and other train with it just before a weigh in. Its up to you and how much weight you want and need to lose.

I'll post an article we just wrote about the process:

  • Im doing wrestling at school season didnt start yet i weight 210 and i want to be 175 you have any answers for me

  • well depends on how much body fat u have....i weigh around 140 and will cut to 125 and during the season all i'll eat is a protein bar a day and water

  • thats it?how long is the season?you dont want to eat a protein bar a day, try to fit in a healty meal atleast.Like some baked chicken w/vegetalbes.

  • @liquidusman thats it because all he is cutting is water weight you just sweat it out. the extra water ur body carries usually about 5-9 pounds of it. we do this for wrestling when we have to make a weight

  • i know thats it, i understand 2 or 1 day before the match, but he wrote season, maybe I misunderstood, but I thought he meant through the whole wrestling season, which i know last over a month in H.S...So if you are eating only granola bars for over a week you might get sick.

  • The lighter you are such as around 120lber trying to get to 103 isnt it harder to cut weight then a 180 lber.

  • I would say bulk up and go up a weight, like 112.

Stay within 10bls of your weight class, so you can easily cut down each week.

    best,

    Dustin

  • Good info. Could you post a video for cutting "fat?"

    thnks

  • I cut weight also for wrestling

  • When cutting, I try and drink 2 gallons of water a day for 3 days straight. Then cut water the last day and start sweating it out. After the weigh ins, as long as you make it back to what you were before, your strength should be back to normal.

  • im doin it the right way lol i got weigh ins tommorow what i do is eat one medium sized meal a day and go to night work outs to keep my metabolism high and then the last day i run with sweats on for the 2 hours before i go to weigh in and dont eat all that day or drink that day

  • lol, I didn't you you competed... i was under the impression that this was for a weight loss plan... but yeah, i usually dehydrate myself to a weigh in if i have a night for weigh ins, and rehydrate myself on that same night, the diffrence could be 2 weight classes apart...

  • You could but if you have to wheigh in the next morning or you have a match within 4 hours of the weigh in your gonna fell like shit & if you gorge yourself (even with good carbs or proteins) your gonna be full but still feel & preform like shit....... the smartes way to cut weight is over a long period of time in baby steps (usually .5 of a pound per day is your best bet that way it feels like nothings comming off and your metobalic rate stays high)

  • cant you just dehydrate Your self after a Work out? Much easyier...Then You can gain all that weight back in like 1 or 2 meals...

  • thats what i do and it works most of the time

  • cheers man!

  • I thought this was a bull shit video and then I tried it and lost 5.8 pounds great vid man thanks for posting. This is a real deal workout

  • thanks for posting this, i wrestle so would it be worth it to do this type of work out now and over the summer or a month before the season. im currently in the off season and am looking to cut 15 to 20 pounds.

  • nice woek out bro i just got into mma so im tryin to cut weight where do u get tht irt at n please w/b bro
