i can help u with that

first go on a slick floor while wearing like socks or shoes

then put one foot ahead of u flat on the ground

and the other on its tippie toes

then slide the flat the foot until 5-7 inches behind ur heel

switch the footing so flat foot goes on tippie toes and tiipe toes go on ground and repeat what u just did
