  • Hi ChankenHSW...I know how you feel. I'm working with The Linden Method and it seems to be promising. I've just started so it may take awhile to take effect. Please look into it Ok! Everything it talks about there is what your experiencing. Take care friend.

  • I know your vid is a dated, but hope things are working out for you.

  • It cannot kill you. I promise you it cannot. It feel;s like there is no hope, it feels like you ARE dying, you can't be alone, what if something happens to you while you are alone? I know EXACTLY how you feel hunny and I PROMISE you you WILL NOT DIE, it will get better. Even if you get over it the next time it happens you swear this time is real but it never is. I've been dealing with anxiety now for over 4 years and I'm still doing what I used to. Trying to change without a "magic pill"

  • Watch a video in my channel names - Magic-Pill-in-action4-Instant anxiety cure to see how easily you can get rid of anxiety. Instantly and effortlessly

  • ey man i was thier. Anxiety is completly harmless. It is caused by a long period of worry. If this goes on, all this worry soon becomes a habbit. you may tremble or get scared easy, this is all normal when having anxiety. your mind has been so worn out that it goes in shut down and you try to help yourself but it seems to get worse. This is not the answer. When these thoughts come in DO NOT FIGHT THEM you must let them come in. show no respect for these thought. You may feel unreal not with.

  • The funny thing about depression and anxiety is that it's hard to get a frame of reference outside of the constant worry or sadness. They seem to go hand in hand. I too haven't been working in 3 years, and I worry all the time about not having money and my future. I probably should be on Paxil, but the side effects of weight gain and sexual dysfunction I continue to worry about. The best to you my brother.

  • Brother, my doctor told me the other day that my constant visits to the doctor's were the result of anxiety, and not actual physical problems. Yes, anxiety can cause physical ailments too, but constant worry about having physical problems (somatization disorder/hypochondiasis) is also a symptom of too much anxiety (GAD/Panic disorder/OCD) in general. I'm thinking about getting on Paxil, but I worry (see, already I'm worrying) about the side effects.

  • Hope you're okay, buddy.
