dude she knows nothing about meditation meditation is n't just a state of mind it is a replanisment of energy and the beter u are at it the more energy/less pain you will feel
@beatfreakn Dude i am talking about anatomical and physiognomical changes that take place and what is the best way to lessen the pain or increase oxygen and carbon exchange thus reducing heat in muscle and brain tissue so that stamina can be rejuvenated
@janersulce32 The meditation masters would disagree with that statement... Everything can indeed become a meditation. Being fully present with whatever you're doing IS meditation in its purest form. People are considered "enlightened beings" when they have come to always dwell in the present moment (instead of in their minds). What she said was right on target.
@benfaust That would be known as mental concentration , using all of your electrical impulses to create a single thought process that is synchronize the motor system with the cranium thus u get much higher performance be it a physical, or a mental action

No need to get nasty about it or try to degrade others to exalt yourself. However, I do highly recommend trying something different from whatever you've been doing, to disolve that ego a bit.
