You mean you wash your hands almost 30 times a day? That''s a lot! That's why you have wrinkle fingers. Excessive washing will dry up your skin hence the wrinkle fingers. Apply any brand of hand cream as often as you find them dry. If possible apply a thick layer of cream on your hands and tuck them under the bed before you sleep.
