By the way, this is a Hammer Strength rack. It is NOT a Smith machine, I always use free weights for barbell movements. Only time I would use a Smith machine is if I was training around an injury.
In this clip I was merely repping out the weight. However, as of yeterday I started my 10wk prep for a PL'ing competition, April 2011. You will see my weights go up considerably and my form will remain good. I can't really put on any more muscle else I will need to go a weight division. FYI my best lifts to date at my bodyweight of 145lb are:
Half ass reps, what are you talking about? The spotter helped on the last rep, that's it. I will be competing in the 130-145lb class so I can't really get much heavier.

@mustarferi I won my class in the meet I was training for here BTW. Finished up with a 400kg total.
