  • What a shame to repaint such a beautiful bird. This plane was owned by Jack Shaffer and Bob Ferguson and also Bill Mcgrath of island air In Hyannis MA. cape cod. I was lucky to fly in it 2 times as my father and Bob Ferguson are good friends.I miss hearing the roar of it on friday afternoon when bob had to go sign check for his buissnes. We miss her........

  • As we are stripping N51KB in preparation for the new paint job, we are seeing that the ailerons and possibly some of the other control surfaces appear to be made out of magnesium or something other than aluminum. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks in advance.

  • @ockteby Check out my first ever Youtube post of Ain't Misbehavin being stripped. Search for:

    "Ain't Misbehavin stripped for painting"

Sorry for the less than great quality of the video.

  • This beautiful Mustang is sitting in our paint hangar right now at International Jets, Gadsden Alabama KGAD.

Does anyone know what the fate of the real "Ain't Misbehavin" 44-15267 was? Unfortunately I did not see her on the Mustang survivors list :(
