I was on the lawn of the Capitol building on the Saturday one day before the bill was passed. There were 50,000 to 100,000 people there. I've been in stadiums with 65,000 and I know what the crowd looks like. Rendell here is reacting to his money begging in Penna. He's desperate.

BUSH: Ed is just getting angry because numerous people are pointing out that PA has per capita, one of the top ten budget deficits of the 50 states. He's part of the reason PA is a disaster. We're not doing much better in IA, thanks to Culver and that's after he enacted massive budget cuts last year. The two Ed's are better classified as "special."
