For the same reason that American, Canadian, and British songs sound kind of the same. The languages are similar and music is music. When you use two similar languages for the same genre of music, then the music is bound to sound similar. Just like how sometimes I can't tell the difference between a Canadian singer and an American singer.

Tee may sing similar to Thai LOSO but he never copy any of Loso's songs. He's difinitely talented and if you would take a look at Thai artists you'll notice that they too copy from other culture's music like South Korean, Taiwan, USA, Europe, etc.. so everyone copies off from someone in someway it is just the matter of how you do it that makes a difference. In my opinion, it isn't copying it is more like inspirations. You learn from those who are better and improve yourself overtime.
