Doctors are licenced "drug lords" who work for the pharmaceutical Industry - all in the name of profit.. No one knows your body better than yourself.. Doctor yourself.. - Eat the whole based plant diet.. Nutriion is the way to cure diseases.. Most diseases are caused from 2 things "toxicity and deficiency"
Realistically, the government wants to save money, and that's what they'll do. The only problem is people like seniors are only listening to politicans say "lower drug costs!" but not the reality check that says, "no more free services!" The government will save lots, but the seniors and people with chronic conditions will end up losing
It's appauling the government is not only hurting those they insure - but those who pay out of pocket and have private insurance. Government underfunds their own insurance plan --> pharmacies start charging more to everyone to compensate --> people who don't even get their drugs through the governmnet suffer.
Government should not be involving itself in regulating the pharmacy business (separation of state and economics). Free (laissez faire) markets drive better product quality and lower costs over time if left alone. If government wants to compensate some citizens for its drug costs, it can do that through its welfare program and eliminate its involvement otherwise.
