It depends where you are...in Lebanon, tour guides will tell you it is the village of Qana in southern Lebanon. In the Holy Land, tour guides will tell you it is what is now the Arab village of Kfar Kanna in the Jaleel (Galilee). The Catholic Encyclopaedia and other Christian sources support the latter.
