You can say someone is faster or cleaner with better technique sure, but in the end it still has to be music, not some ego driven jerk off contest with so many notes and stunts it becomes a circus act. Many can play fast, but is it musically crafted, or just scale exercises.

@xD0NKEYx playing without REGULAR mistakes is possible when you compose the solo which will suit your abilities, which Marty didn't - maybe, because he knowed that he was writing one of the greatest metal solos ever. I know that it's impossible to always play without any mistakes, but Marty does the same mistake on EVERY Tornado of Souls performance, even though it's the ONLY regular one in his performances.

P.S. Yep, I don't have a camera too. I've been playing guitar for 1 year.
