Freedom of the Seas 10/09/2011 "When Cruise Ships Attack 7"

we were on the ship the day before - cruised from 10/2 to 10/9. We had 72 mph winds on the 8th and it was rough. As we embarked to leave on the 9th, it was still stormy in Port Canaveral. Glad you all had a safe trip.

I was on this cruise... Captain Ron and the whole crew was wonderful!

I do not believe that we were at 45 degree angle. I was told by my cabin steward that the captain told the crew that we were at a 33 degree angle. We were also told that at 45 we tip!

I have to say I was on this cruise this was our first week of our b2b..was great story to talk about the second week. But I have cruised with Captain Ron and would say he is great. I feel he and the cruise line handled it..they also compensated us very well for the experience. It was a wild and life time story to tell about!

i was on that cruise. was a crazy night! tho thank god for him. he rly took care of all of us on the ship that night. makes sense tho of what happened that night. especially the 45 degree angle we were on for awhile. u cant find that on any other cruise lol

Captain Rob is WONDERFUL!!! We sailed with him on the Grandeur and he's my favorite yet!!
