@fallout3ownage It's been a while since I played on my level 60 character but I think it was called the Hammer. It's an assault rifle that did a ton of damage. It's a SUPER RARE weapon and it has a 10% chance of showing up after you beat the last boss monster thing xD

It's an Eridian weapon you can find during the last few areas of the game, it randomly spawns in each weapon crate so it may take a few tries to get it.
