I assure you, I am not cruel to animals. I simply refused to let a bird destroy another costly air conditioner. After numerous attempts at just removing the nest (after which it would build another in its place), I saw only one solution.

As a side note, how can you possibly rationalize your hatred for someone who is not cruel to animals? How can you rationalize your claim that I am stupid when you know nothing about me?

Oh, I did... about 6 or 7 times. Same thing this past summer, too.

Fortunately, after coming back a third time this Spring (yes, it was the same bird; it had a special marking), I was able to shoot and kill it. And no, I don't feel a bit bad about it. : ]

OOOH no. It came back this summer. Three times it tried to build a nest, but I knocked it down. I can't let it ruin ANOTHER air conditioner.

So. You may where it went after I removed its home from my air conditioner. To the gutter at the edge of the roof approximately 10 feet away.
