Nudism is weird for around 5 minutes, then you get over it and literally nothing seems more natural. 90s in East Germany, one of the few positive effects of communism - if you don't have freedom in flying to all those places the rest of the world (like the neighbors behind the wall could), you can at least enjoy the lakes and countryside at home - and it's amazingly cool just to go to any old lake, throw your clothes into a pile and enjoy life. It's always been absurd to me that even girls before puberty (before they have breasts) are not supposed to go around topless but the boys that age with the same amount of no-tits can. The female body is so overly sexualized, especially the tits. I think one day women will be able to go around topless and people won't think twice about it. The male chest can also be sexualized and objectified, but we still let men go around half naked.

I had a friend that is a nudist. I couldn't do it, though I did around him. I have a serious problem with it. In the middle of July, fully clothed I can be cold. I got a few sly smiles, but I was not the only one throughout the day with a... raised flag... No one really notices since it happens so frequently.

Here's the problem with nudism... Someone like you would be impossible for me (and i assume more males) to talk to without getting incredibly turned on and thus being unable to set aside any sexual feelings or thoughts to be able to understand anything you're saying.

1st i dunno how you think you would know that but you're simply wrong. I've drawn nudes before and it's not always the case that nudity = sexual excitement for me.

@Wittgensteinism Drawing nudes does not remove your clothing from the equation. The link between naked flesh & sex was broken for me after spending time in a nudist environment. There can be a difference between erotic & general nudity, which is one of the points that Laci expressed.
As to your 2nd point, you might not want to. It is your right to think however you like. For me, it was amazing experience seeing how people changed once clothing was removed from the situation.

I had a friend that is a nudist. I couldn't do it, though I did around him. I have a serious problem with it. In the middle of July, fully clothed I can be cold. My body type is fairly average, so I'm not in the slightest bit worried about that... but being cold all the time... I couldn't handle it. As for the colony that I went to with him, it was great. I've never seen so many people so at ease with each other. I don't mean the nudity. Everyone was just cool and hung out... so to speak...

No one really paid notice when it did anyway. It took me a few minutes to get used to it from others as well, lol. It gets to be routine after a while, like talking to someone in speedos.
