Isnt it the problem of DHL?? Why would they open the box at all? They do x-ray and found no problem should then deliver the box. Then when the receiver opened it with no phone, they can then complain to Google. I dont get why people are contacting Google when they havent got the box.

stupid kid, if you paid by credit card, just phone the company for charge back or write email to google, i am sure they will give you a refund

If it got stolen in HK, should it be DHL's responsibility?? Plus, when DHL found that the package got opened, shouldn't them inform the victims? DHL is really irresponsible in this case!

I thought ordering directly from Google's website should be reliable... cant believe that something like this happens...

and what's the point of just stealing the phone without the accessories? don't you need to charge your phone if it's out of battery?= =
