Beautiful vid! Watched a few paragliders last week flying off Fochriw mountain damn they made it look easy! It is something I have always wanted to do! I missed my mates by a few half hour flying off Merthyr!
Its difficult to say, as the site, and when we can fly is decided by wind direction and weather. If you want to try it contact Axis paragliding. They are in Abergavenny, but fly here.
