I can't really tell you any other bands that sound like this... But try Machines of Loving Grace, Nine Inch Nails(The Downward Spiral) and other bands like that. Both of those bands use sound similarily to Skinny Puppy.

Skinny Puppy are so amazing. Live, on cd, and ANY time. Sure, they have released a song or two that I can take or leave (Spahn Dirge is awful), but all in all they are one of the most important bands in music history. They changed how music is made, written, and delivered.

Is not 100% but is more like American Head Charge style.. And some of the INDUSTRIAL METAL (not Just INDUSTRIAL) components are shared. The look, the robotic and distorted voice, some samples, etc. Things are not linear. we just cant say that it is or is not tottally. but in some way i agree with you. one thing is for sure.
