Back then, Luongo had his best years, but also his worst. The most disappointing part was losing to the Ducks, Game 5 in 2007. Second, missing the playoffs 2 years after the Canucks missed it in 2006. In late 2008, things started to get better. He started to improve his skills and that's how he became a great goaltender for the Vancouver Canucks. Thank goodness they didn't give up on him so soon. Even getting Cloutier wasn't enough for the team's netminding.
