I know this sounds cruel, but keeping and hospitalising dogs with parvo is plain cruel. First the puppies that survive (many die) have a gruesome time. And all the time and resources dedicated to puppies that are in big risk of dying of parvovirosis could do wonders in older dogs that don't get a chance... because they are not puppies.
