I had a chance to buy one stock 1972 S2 and a same year parts bike back in 1991 for $700 but passed on it to buy a mint 1972 CB750K2 for the same price. Then bought a mint 1976 KH500 for the same price. Still regretting for not having another $700.
Looks the biz !! Doesn`t appear to need much ! Would suit me just fine !! Think I want the S4 (The one before the KH400)! But wouldn`t turn any of them down to be honest !! Need a Kwak to add to my X7 !! Then of course it`s got to be RD400 with the "Speedblock" paintjob !! Have a safe summers biking everyone !! "Let The Good Times Roll" !!
Beautiful! I got a 1972 S2 myself. White, original - except for electronic ignition, of course. More reliable that way... Restoration planned after 2009 season. Safe riding, and of course; keep it smokin'...
These videos make me sad. I had 3 Kawasaki triples in my life. A 250, 400, and 750. My 400 was the most beautiful bike ever made. I wish Kawasaki could make them again. tears...
Hi Hultam, Yes I am aware about the front fender. I will be getting the correct fender this year and will paint that along with the rest of the bodywork this coming winter. Thanks for viewing my movie and for your comment. Gary
Yes, it is a 350 triple. I just got the restored seat back from Brad. It is perfect. I am going to try to get a movie up of the bike with the new seat really soon.
Beautiful bike. Thanks for posting.

I had one of these 72 350ss. Went to beat heck but the mileage sucked 16-17 mpg. You always had to be looking for a gas station!!!!!

I had the S1 in 77 until the points cover exploded where the crank seal went and the points ignited the otherwise escaping vapour.
I would have it back anytime. Oh yeah nice bike man.....
