It looks like you have the HTC Sense app running on your homescreen. Is your phone rooted or did you find an app that looks like that?

FYI ISPs can easily detect if you're using your phone as a WiFi hotspot. Since VZW charges for Wifi hotspot (I think that's BS on their part, but c'est la vie) f they ever detect that you're doing t outside of your contract agreement with them they will send you a terse letter askng you for money. If you tether via USB, though, they can't detect it. Sooo, do that instead (there's a free App for the Galaxy Nexus out there to do that).

Great quick tip if you don't feel comfortable rooting your phone to a ROM that already has the hotstop/tethering active without subscription to the monthly service. I would also advise to be very cautious if you do not have the unlimited data plan, VZW will notice if your usage jumps and will notify you before adding it on your plan. Stevejobs, the 2100 mah as in the one that does significantly increase the size? The slimmer extended is about a 13% increase if it helps.

You do this if you have unlimited data only. Don't do this if you have 2GB 5GB etc..

Fellows of a certain burrow, if you keep LTE off for 9/10ths of a day and have everything else on, will it hold it's charge? Also, if you have it, how is the 2100 mah battery compared to the stock one? Answer if you can!!!
