DU is so valuable, it gets used over and over and over. At the same time that keeps levels low and out of the hands of most people. It's radioactive for 5000 years or more. This is what we use to make armor piercing weapons, so I don't see the stoppage of use any time soon. God help us all.

He's right to put the blame on Rahm Emmanuel and the Democratic leadership. The democrats are every bit as guilty for the war and for the inequity in our society. They have been complicit in the gradual shift of the tax burden from corporations to the working classes. They have participated and continued every war. This is no different. Americans have been duped for long enough! Down with both parties! Up with the People!

Good work! I've been hearing a lot about AfterDowningStreet lately! I have lots of questions about DU. What do they do with scrap DU here in our country? What happens to the waste? I've heard they might incinerate it. Does this happen?
