@genericwit It can do anything an IR remote can do. You make the wand "learn" the functions from your existing remotes (it's easy, probably in the instructions).

Don't assume I'm an idiot because you don't understand what i mean, Think Geek is a website that sell (usually over priced) products, they make these videos are made to put on the products page as a demonstration of what the product is and does. As a buyer I would like to see and hear more about the product itself, not watch a video that's 97% comedy, and 3% of the actual item. When i watch these videos, i want an explanation of the item, not just to see a quick flash of it.

I was hoping to get a better deal, but this wand the Kymera wand is really that expensive. The best you'll get is like 81 plus shipping if you're looking straight from the makers. If you're in the UK I'd buy through the company since you'll get free shipping and it's cheaper. I haven't looked too hard, but you've really only got a direct or thinkgeek option it seems like unless you get it on ebay.
