They were rebuilding my receding gums with artificial flesh created in a lab. Seriously. It's built from the skin cells of cadavers. I called it zombie flesh. I could only eat on one side of my mouth for two weeks. Fun.

Are you happy with the results? How much did it cost? Im thinking of having it done but Ive heard that it may not adhere in some cases. I dont wan to go through the pain and expense just to have it fallout.

It worked yes. I had it done about 10 years ago and had no problems. Paid something close to a thousand for the job.... My gums have continued to recede, but the procedure has held off the real problem of root exposure. And the dentist told me 2 months ago I won't have to do anything about it for another 8 or so years. So consider it continuing to work. Good luck Alfredo1050!

Yes, gums are receding still. But again, this is ten years after the work was done and the doctor said it was still gonna be good for another ten years. And I think it was a thousand. Been a long time though. Good luck!
