@playahata646 Secret = dont try to just windmill...what you actually must do, is get a proper beginning position (look it up), wind just a little bit to give you some speed, and then think of it as (here's the secret) you are actually grabbing the earth, and rotating the earth around your body. When you reach over to flip, dont flip your body, pull the earth around you...Make the earth work for you, not against you. Watch tons of videos and pay attention to form too.
