Nice song man, pretty good recording/playing. Check out my song at my channel, let me know what you think (it's all just mixing pre-arranged loops, but you gotta start somewhere).
Ho please! Can u help me? I'm french, i dl minecraft ( but demo version ) and, i make a song, then i put my own drum on it ( with midi cable ) and when i want to convert it in mp3, I don't hear anything.. So, i try to convert in midi but i don't hear drum, i hear a piano!
Check out my music, I use mixcraft also, I create all of my own stuff. Just google Clay Leary and I have a song on youtube and other songs on facebook
@mooehkalu 1. Make Song 2.Save As Mp3 3. Open Windows Movie Maker 4. Make 10 Titles About 30 seconds long 5. click add music 6. browse for the mp3 you saved 7.click the youtube button and type in you username, password, description, tags ect.. if you dont know how to do this with windows movie maker type in how to use windows movie maker on google or youtube
I still can't figure out a realistic sounding guitar for this???? I'd like one that sounds anything close to something Eric Clapton might use. Any suggestions????????
@karmstrong9 good song but just outa question, u do realize that every guitar riff on mixcraft is a "real guitar" its just recorded erlier and it didnt kum from ur immagination but i do like this song dont gemme rong
Dunno, but it just has this groovy sound. Know what Im saying? Haha. It reminds me of like a part thats supposed to be sad, or someone fell in love or somethin I dunno lol.
Connect your instrument (eletric piano) from the audio output to the line in, not the mic. If you are using an eletric guitar, connect it to the amp and then the amp audio output to the computer. Select a track in mixcraft and click ARM. Play the instrument and the meter on the track should show if sound is going threw or you should hear it on the speakers. When you are ready to record click the red record button on the bottom and start playing.
hey, nice song, just wondering if i could some help here, I've been trying to use mixcraft to record some pop rock songs but when I try to record the guitar the quality is less than ok lol... ive been using a simple jack plug adapter to connect my guitar to the computer through the line in. should i get an actual piece of hardware equipment or is there something else i could do... if so what hardware should i use?
The way I hook it up, I hook my guitar to an amp and then hook a jack plug from my amp (as in the place where you hook headphones to an amp) to the line in of the computer.
Hi, I am trying to hook up the keyboard to my PC and use it in Mixcraft to record my notes.
I use a type 2/ b USB connector from my keyboard to the USB port on my PC. Then when I play some drums on the keyboard, it comes out as a piano on the Mixcraft virtual instrument track. HOw Can I make sure that what I press on the key board gets through the same way into mixcraft?
i really like this song, that one chord that the song seems to be rooted upon, the one that plays at 0.07-0.08 and 0.47 is the same song from led zeppelins the rain song and it just gives the song a really familiar feel for me i guess haha
and for some reason parts of bohemian rhapsody come to my mind when i hear this specifically when he says "look to the skys and see" in the song.
Pls, answer this one... can I export midi or audio with this software? I'm thinking of recording guitar in this one, but also mixing it in Reason 3.0 with other stuff.. Can I do it?
I didn't use any song kit. I recorded myself playing each instrument. I used my electric piano to do the drums, bass, strings and recorded 3 different guitar parts playing my guitar.
In Mixcraft you go to File, select Mix Down to and then select MP3. Choose the name you want call the file, save and then it will convert it to an mp3.

In my opinion, you should pan the second guitar more towards the center. I don't like melodies when they're way off to one side.
But this was pretty awesomely relaxing. I wish I could compose like that.
