First, there are many good freeware planes for FS 2004 at avsim dot com. (I can't put URL in this text because they don't allow it!) They usually come with install instructions and are not difficult. The payware planes automatically install. This F-104 is the Cloud 9 payware model.

The Captan sim F-104 is by far the hardest one i've flown. Keep the power up or you'll drop like a brick.

I don't know if Cloud9 has it for FSX yet.I suspect currently not since it takes time to re-develop the model. We will need to be patient :)
