I don't know if the character is supposed to be drunk or not, but that's a bit beside the point - the point is, is that Hitler is playing, like as a child would, but in full knowledge of what he had done, as if completely remorseless. Now if we can send them to battle on the Moon equipped only with a Luger with Limitless Ammo and the Power to Raise From The Dead maybe we can finally settle an argument
