Yeah well, I wanted to get good with him but he's so different from his previous incarnations (read: not one move is the same from his previous moveset).
Just like his old self, he has problem getting in on good zoning characters but only this time he doesn't have his gourd or his old hcf+K-roll-on-the-ground-attack to aid getting in.
He does have, better attack strings if you do get in and hence you see me trying to use him heh.
Lol. Joe has been my dude since KoF 98. I'm glad it turned out that he was not nerfed like some other characters in this game.
And Lol. Tiger Kick looks like really good move, now.

Funny thing is, he's one of the ones I use. He is good in this version, much more interesting than his previous version if you ask me.
