It looks great! this was like the fastest and most effective video ever! It was so short but it made me so hungry!! :D lol I missed the sizzling of the pan though! I'm so used to that sound in your videos! Great video, looks great and very easy too! :D

i hate cilantro. but it doesn't taste like soap to me like i read on the web about people who have an "aversion" to cilantro. i just think i absolutely hate the way it tastes. every time i eat something with cilantro in it, i think "holy shit, they put waaaay too much cilantro in this".
That looks delicious! But darnit, how the heck to do that so fast? It takes me almost the whole 15 to make a vid? How much coffee RU drinking? Sheesh!
@MrEZCooking Your 15 minute videos are interesting and fun to watch Richard. If I made one that long, the viewer would need a cup of coffee. lol... Thank you!
I love the food combination!

@slolita1 This was short and simple. Thought about pan frying, but placed them under the broiler instead. Thank you, glad you liked it!

@strigilives Some people don't care for cilantro, fresh parsley is a really good alternative.

Many great combinations have come from mixing a "high" and a "low" item - I think this is a great idea! I'll have to try it - thank you :)

@AsianCookingmadeEasy These turned out pretty good, tried with different sauces, horseradish, and soy sauce. Thank you!

at $24 a pound for scallops, I'm not gonna mix them with hamburger - it would overpower the flavor
ravenbones1 8 months ago
@ravenbones1 These were on sale for $10 a pound, and prepared them different ways including hamburger.
With pasta, eggs or a side of veggies are a good choice. Thank you for your comment.
