  • I used your warm up today for my district high jump competition today. I had a personal record of 3 inches. This helped so much!

  • Ankling-Learned this running mechanic in college. Goal is to run foot over foot.  Working on arm movement, hamstrings pulling tight, and glutes pushing you forward. try it :)
