Why is the POST 9-11 GI BILL phone number a joke? I have been calling that number for several months. It is the same BS all of the time, you are on hold for ten minutes with recordings and then it says, "due to a high volume of calls we cannot assist you, please call back another time." And then it hangs up on you. How many months is this going to go on into the year of 2010 and beyond?
@abghty Well, it's 2012 and it's still the same. What I don't understand is...the school gets their money up front, right away...yet we have to wait and wait for ours. Yes, GI Bill "customer service" is a joke and an insult. Thank You VA and Uncle Sammy
