Pete unintentionally popped me on my nose last night and I could totally feel it is not healed yet because it hurt like hell. Yeah, he coaches me in Glen Cove at Panza MMA. He is an amazing instructor and he helps one develop the ground game according to one's natural strengths. My background was elite competitive gymnastics but never martial arts so Dave coached me to use my high flexibility and strength. Recently I gogoplata finished a couple of opponents! I couldn't even believe it myself. :)

i go to panza mma too. i am in the teen and the adult class 4 times a week. what days do you go? i might have seen you there. dave teaches my class tuesdays and thursdays.

Ha ha! That's cool. Yeah, I usually go Tuesdays and Thursdays for grappling, Wed for kickboxing, and Saturdays for the combined grappling/kickboxing class.

Hey nchmout, sorry I didn't answer your post. I haven't checked this video in a while. Yeah, Dave coaches me at Derek Panza's MMA academy at Glen Cove. Derek is a great instructor and so is Dave. We're probably watching UFC 79. Have you met him?
