Oil companies have zero fear this administration will seek legal remedies for price collusion. Oil prices are up because Obama refuses to allow any serious new drilling or even exploring on federal lands. Obama used the BP spill as an excuse to halt most all new drilling in the Gulf. High gas prices can be blamed on Obama.
