thank you. I was 9 the first time i tried to get out. 31 years later i'm still here. Nightmares of the past and all. I feel like you wrote my story in a song. My step-sister that was part of my nightmarish past sent me this. She said it was me and now that we are trying to pick up the pieces, She is the only one I show my sweet side now. I wish i could meet Lucinda, just to say thank you.

Just another LW song that touches all the bases. If you didn't know better you'd swear she grew up a dirt poor share-croppers daughter. Tremendous talent! BTW the guitar player kicks ass!

This is my favorite look for her with the blonde hair and the cowboy hat. Looking like a girl but not trying to be a girly girl. It's also nice when she is sober enough to remember / read the words and you can understand what she's saying.

I like her music; because she is firmly based on all kinds of American music; blues, folk, R&R, country, etc. That's what I feel from all the talented musicians in America.
