The only difference I spot with Rise Against (From 1999, when known as Transistor Revolt, to 2012 is Tim's voice) sure they don't focus on hardcore as they used to but they never fail to release a couple hard songs. Grammatizator, Voice of Dissent, Sight Unseen, Re-Education (Through Labor) Those are four songs from 2008-2009.

Whats with the whining about the new RA records?! If you don't like it, don't listen to them. Bear with the fact that this band is changing as they are getting older. You can't play the same music for decades. If you do it means that you didn't grow up with the time. on TU Tim was 19 years old. Still, RPM is my favorite album too not because the other are shitty, cause of the thing that they became my favorite band with this album and cause of my late teen years while I was listening to it

I like how they would just wing it back then...now they do everything the same way. I mean, they do the same setlist every show (now they've finally at least TOUCHED it and added and removed like 4 songs), but still. He Tim never really talks to the crowd anymore, and even look at this. JOE is talking to the people. Do you ever see that nowadays? I just sorta' miss the informality of it.

Took me a while to get into the newer stuff, but I do like it and they're so good live! they play alot of old stuff, i've seen them 3 times and they've played stuff from RPM and The unraveling even after appeal to reason was out best band! =P I like whereabouts unknown where Tim screams "Even together we stand apart" =D
