strong speech, strong vocal performance. This is like fresh air, I mean, sometimes the hipe surrounding the stars it´s a litle bit too much. So it´s very important someone takes a few seconds to make us forget the surreal and bring us bach to the hard reality, Her voice, (I mean her speaking one) is a ray of hope in this crazy and at the same time wonderfull world

this is an amazing performance!!thanx for posting--i am in canada so did not see the telecast. --yes--i prefer it over idol (poor annie--sorry for comparing-gack!)--of course its about the cause first and foremost. what i like about this performance is her voice is so supple and she put in all these different colours with her range. just lovely lovely lovely! a single of this please:)

Yes, she did in deed. Maybe she should do a cover album "Annie Lennox sings Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel".
