....that's not a brake. if the throttle gets stuck on a track, you dont realize it until your going into a turn, because you're already on the throttle. and i highly doubt that both the rear and back brake failed at the same time. when you're haulin ass and the throttle gets stuck, basically you have time to say oh shit...and then bam.shit happens. and a clutch wouldn't do shit to slow him down in the air....
