Does anyone have insight into how they are overcoming what seems to be a blaring fundamental problem with this Z-wing architecture? How do you achieve steady level flight in a forward direction when you have two wing segments contributing a lateral force component to the right and only one to the left?
It would be possible to increase Cl on the center segment, but then optimizing flight velocities for min energy is complicated. Why not an M-wing with 4 panels????
this stuff is merely a layer of distraction, albeit some practical applications, from the anti-gravity systems.
