If any of their games develop online play before 2016, they will lose their court battle with Interplay, and Interplay could very well win the Fallout franchise back.

After playing Skyrim i'm noticing that Fallout needs a good graphic update.. I was also thinking it seems a little cheap to just copy and paste a foot squared of the dirt there has to be a better more realistic way to show the ground.

You need to go behind camp mcarren.

The easiest way to do this is to go out behind the back doors between two escalators on the ground floor of the mcarren bulding.

He's somewhere to the right of the control tower I think.

If this doesn't help, I would try doing I put a spell on you, and then start working for hte legion. You should get a quest mark that points you to this guy.

Or finally check the vault wiki. they'll definetly have some info on where to find him.
