The family is sueing everyone State, Town, Owners estate. This wasn't the 1st time this Chimp caused problems, he got out of the vehicle once in the middle of traffic but as the video showed everyone even cops thought it was funny , everyone was laughing, & they just ended up with a citation. I agree with the majority regarding keeping the Chimp being kept as a pet - they're not supposed to be pets. They're wild animals. Just heard the story about this on Channel 5; heartbreaking stuff :(. My heart goes out to both women. I agree with the majority regarding keeping the Chimp being kept as a pet - they're not supposed to be pets. They're wild animals. As much as my heart goes out to the two women in this situation, I did feel sad for the Chimp too, because animals do what's already in them to do and I think it was unfortunate he had to be kept as a pet in the first place.
