Yeah I'm with everyone else. I have updated my iPhone 3G to 3.0.1 firmware and I can't change the keyboard. I had the blackberry storm keyboard before I updated to 3.0 and then currently to 3.0.1. I had the itouch click too cuz i hated the iPhone click. Also I can't get any sms themes. Seems like ever since the sms changed to landscape view it disabled the ability to change themes on both keyboard and sms backgrounds.

pick a wallpaper for ur lockscreen at the settings menu. then go to winterboard and check user wallpaper. it will take u back to the lockscreen and u will see that its behind the apps

Go to Cydia and search for Winterboard after you get it go back to cydia and find themes after you download them theyll be in Winterboard.. then you check the theme u wanna use and press the home button.. YOu HAVE to restart your iPod first though
