Wow. I remember seeing Alejandro play in the "cowpunk" band Rank and File in San Francisco back in the 80's. Alejandro has sure come a long way since The Nuns and Rank and File.

I wondered about that myself, I was looking for a harmonica player too .. I recently saw him live and he had two more players with him (Drums and bass) maybe someone was offstage.

Alejandro's drummer used the drumset from the DNC house band (led by Ray Chew), on the band's stage that was out of the frame of the camera shots here (off to the left). The bassist (from Alejandro's band) and the harmonica player (from the house band) were also on that bandstand.
